Representative Raymond Palacios in an interview yesterday said he and the youth organization in Precinct 2 are currently working our for the basketball court in the remaining village that does not have one.
The son of Francisco Palacios who, the main baseball field in Susupe was named in honor him, the lawmaker wants all the villages of Precinct 2 have sports facilities for the youth.
Yesterday, he was making a follow up at the Commonwealth Utilities Corp,, for the lighting of sports and other facilities in Precinct 2.
Right now, he said he the Precinct 2 youth and his colleagues in the House are working together to repair existing the basketball courts in the villages and put up new ones in the areas that don’t have the facilities yet.
In District 1 of Precinct 2, he said they are in the process of revitalizing the basketball court there. They have completed the sports facilities in Precinct 2 districts 3, 4 and 5.
