First of the three parts of series of concert, a day of listening to music and a day of pure enjoyment, MGOC wish to inform the public that they will be hosting the Benefit Concert to promote and raise funds for the upcoming Micronesian Games in August.The first concert is scheduled to be held on 23rd of January of this year, 2010 at the Palau National Gymnasium that will start from 3 p.m. and will last until 8 p.m.Tickets for the concert are pegged at $3 per head, which is now available at the Palau National Olympic Committee Office, while door admission is set at $4 per person.
The 2010 Micronesian Games kicks off on the 1st of August that will end on the 10th of the same month, brings in ten participating island countries from the region namely, Chuuk, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, Pohnpei, Kriribati, Nauru, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Yap, Guam, and the Republic of Palau who will be hosting the said event.
