The fundraiser will feature three events, which include a mountain bike race, road race, and a kid’s duathlon.
Competitors will be meeting at Pau Pau Beach, where registration will start at 6:30 am. All courses will kick off at 7 am.
The mountain bike course will start from Pau Pau Beach and will lead through Suicide Cliff and the Grotto and Banzai trails. Bikers participating in the road course will ride through a similar trail, but they will be passing Bird Island as well. Young aspiring athletes entering the kid’s duathlon will be starting off with a 500-1,000 meter run along the beach, followed by a bike ride in the parking lot. The young competitors will finish the day with another run by the beach.
A $10 entry fee will apply for the MTB and road races, while $5 is charged for the kid’s duathlon.
