The Ace of Aces Tournament will be held on Dec. 13 at the Kingfisher Country Club and Dec. 14 at the Coral Ocean Point.
Castro struggled in the first three holes in the front nine before his eagle shot in Hole No. 9 earned him 4-over par 40. He birdied in Hole No. 13 but lagged a little bit more to go 7-over par 43 in the back nines.
However, he shot the least gross of 83 and eked out a net of 70 to win this month’s title.
Jose I. Sablan who won SGA’s February Ace of the Month settled for the second place this time as he triple bogeyed twice in the front nine and once in the back nine. He also double bogeyed twice in the back nine scoring a gross of 94.
SGA July ace, Nobert S. Sablan came third, shooting a total of 95 gross to get a net of 72. He triple bogeyed once in the front and once in the back nines.
Ron Hodges shot the longest drive in the Hole No. 2 and Ned Norita in the Hole No. 17.
Hodges who placed eighth also shot the most birdies in the Hole Nos. 2, 9 and 13.
Norita who settled for 10th place birdied in Hole Nos. 13 and 14.
John Babauta, Art Deleon Guerrero, Carl Hocog and Frances Sablan also birdied once.
