Cepeda, a 14-handicapper fired 4-over par in the front nine and went one stroke slower in the back nine. He went home $250 richer.
Winning the second place was Pete Tenorio who shot 70, and settling for the third place was Capt. Guerrero who also had 70.
Driving closest to the pin in Hole No. 7 was Capt. Cepeda, in Hole No. 12 was Luis Cepeda and Hole No. 14 was Frank Pangelinan.
