CLARA Eu Ae Chang topped the CNMI Women’s Golf Association’s September tournament at the east course of the LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024.
Chang played fairly well and with consistency as she cleared the front nine with a gross of 48 while taking one less swing on the back nine with a gross of 47 to accumulate a gross total of 95.
With a handicap of 19, Chang earned a net score of 76, moving her ahead of eight other golfers to finish as the tournament’s top winner.
In second place was Janet Torres who shot a gross of 48 and 45 for a total gross score of 93. Aided by a handicap of 16, her net score was 77.
In third place was Dol Yamagishi, who scored 49 and 52 for a gross total of 101. With a 20 handicap, however, her net score was 81.
