Keene Deleon Guerrero and Jeremy Lizama led the CNMI offense in the top of the fourth inning with back-to-back long dingers.
The victory gave CNMI and Guam an identical record of 3-1 in Pool B.
But Guam clinched the final berth after beating CNMI head to head.
The CNMI All-Stars more over, gave the least run in the Pool B with none runs while Guam issued 14 runs.
Guam will wait for the Chinese-Taipei and Korea game to determine the Pool A finals that is scheduled for today at 1:00 p.m.
Closing ceremony will be at 3 p.m. immediately after the game and the banquet farewell is scheduled at 7 pm.
CNMI delegations, parents and supporters will fly back to Saipan on Sunday, July 12 at 7 am.
The CNMI All-Stars showed a stunning performance in the earlier part of the tournament when it defeated Hong Kong, 2-1. They beat the Philippines, 8-2 last Monday for their second win.
However, Guam All-Stars grabbed the finals slot when they beat CNMI 6-3s the next day.
