Co-ed football league dashes through rain

The SCFL played its second game yesterday under extreme weather conditions, with the participating teams pushing their match into the second half.

The game was scheduled between the Wild Bills and the Yellow Mellows, who surprisingly enjoyed their game despite the large water puddles, cold temperature, and drizzling rain that came their way.

According to SCFL coordinator Jhie Vallo, this week’s football games will be played temporarily at the Oleai Track and Field instead of the Commonwealth Ports Authority Field.

The league will be looking forward to a full 14 weeks of games, primarily aimed to provide fun and excitement to its players. Games are scheduled to play on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays every 5 pm.
