Meanwhile, SGA had to award $500 to John Cruz for shooting hole-in-one in three-par Hole 13, marking SGA second hole-in-one history.
The last time SGA had a golfer who fired this fantastic feat was three years ago when Eun Jung Taeck shot it.
Jang, a new comer shot a birdie putt in Hole 8 to finish 4-over part 40 in the front nine. He improved big time in the back nine firing an early birdie in Hole 10.
He birdied again in three-par Hole 13 and five-par Hole 18 to finish the final round at par 36 for a gross of 76 which his 9 handicap shaved into 67 net.
Coming second was five-handicapped Nick Sablan who grossed 77 to finish with 72 net.
He did quite good enough in the front despite the lack birdie putts but he played better in the back nine shooting birdie putts in Holes 14, 16 and 18.
Vicente Aldan shot 73 to settle for the third place before 19- handicapper, Cruz shot the hole-in-one and finished 2-over par 74.
Also making it to the top five was Tony Deleon Guerrero who birdied once and shot 3-over par 75.
Ret. Judge Edward Manibusan and Ray San Nicolas had the longest drive in Holes 1 and 18 respectively.
Jang had the most birdies at four, followed by Sablan at three and Joe Deleon Guerrero, Manibusan and San Nicolas tied at two.
Steve Balakrishna, Art Deleon Guerrero, Tony Deleon Guerrerro and Eun Jung Teack had one bird putt each.
