The D9ers rallied in the first inning with John Acosta hitting a two-run single and Ben Mesa driving in a run with single as well. He also hit run-scoring single in the second inning.
Starter Paul Camacho held Rock Steady scoreless in two straight innings, striking out four.
The D9ers fielders took care of the three last innings preventing Rock Steady to complete a run all the way to the last inning.
Eric Lizama and John Reyes both launching a run-scoring single in the third, Rock Steady froze in a three-run score.
