The DMC 15 man squad started the game cold as they were down by 15 point entering the second quarter of the match courtesy of the 3 point streak shooting of Ivan, Temol, and Gino who dropped 24, 23, and 15 markers respectively, for their team Ididers. But as the game progresses, Jaguar found their game as they fortified their 1-3-1 full court aggressive traps that resulted to series of turnovers from their competitor which turned to points. In addition, sixth man Jerome Ratunil of DMC – Jaguar came out form the bench fired up as he provided 15 points to help his team extend the lead. Applying such hostile and feisty resistance the entire night which basically worked positive results, Morris Apresto and Hener Aguinaldo joined the hands to put an end to their opponent finishing with 18 and 16 points in a Jaguar win.
As a result of the match, the table is set for the no holds barred one time title match between the # 5 seed Jaguar and team # 1 team Kabong for division 2.
