Twelve handicapper Duenas fired 8-over par 80 and had a net of 68 to top the qualifying round against nine other RGA members who joined the fundraiser golf tournament.
Asterio Tawanpiy who came third in scorecard playoff for St. Jude tournament grossing 79 placed second for RGA qualifier as he netted 69.
He bogeyed in the hole No. 17, and fired 3-over par 39 and 4-over par 40 in the front and back nines respectively.
Joe Saures settled for third firing 9-over par 45 in the front and 10-over par 46 in back nines. He netted 71.
Jordan Kosam who won the RGA June Ace of the Month at the Coral Ocean Point after nobody managed to tie his net during the qualifying round held a week earlier.
During the qualifier that was held at the Coral Ocean Point last May 25, Kosam eked out a net of 64 as he fired 11-over par 83, came third last Saturday with a net of 74.
He struggled in the front nine sinking 11-over par 47 but went better in the back nines going 9-over par 45.
Single handicapper Jess Wabol fired 5-over par 77 and netted 76.
Andy Nepaial came four strokes lower than Kosam but with handicap 10, he netted 78. He did well in the back nines firing 7-over par 43.
Tony Rogolifoi who grossed 96 tied with Ed Tenorio as they both came with a net of 79.
RGA new member who started playing with the group during the June Ace qualifier last May 25 grossed 96 and netted 84.
Former Department of Public Works Secretary Joe S. Demapan was the RGA May Ace of the Month.
RGA’s new members who played on May 25 are Mangarero and Dwain Stephens.
