After a double bogey in Hole 4, Fajardo did well halfway to the end of front nine driving it just enough to the three holes.
He hit 1-under par in Hole 8 to finish the first half of the course 5-over par 41.
He started the back nine with double bogeys but ended it with another birdie in the 18-handicapped Hole 18 to shoot 44.
He finished with 85 gross and beat the rest with his 60 net.
Fajardo, along with Larry Deleon Guerrero also struck the longest drives in Hole 6 and Hole 18 respectively.
Das Krishnan had the lowest gross. He went 3-over par 39 in the front nine but he struggled in the next half of the course taking it with 43 strokes to finish second with a net of 65.
Ray San Nicolas and Ray Dela Cruz who had the same handicap tied the game as they both shot 86.
San Nicolas however, got third place and Dela Cruz despite his birdie in Hole 6, settled for the fourth in a scorecard playoff.
Also making it to the top five was Jess Castro. He birdied in Holes 9 and 14 but the triple bogeys in Hole 5 and double bogeys in Holes 2, 16 and 17 dragged him down to 89 gross.
Aside from Castro, Fajardo and Dela Cruz, there was also John Babauta who had birdie. He shot on Hole 13.
