Shane Yamada hit solo home run to finish off the Natibu in the bottom of the sixth inning, securing their ninth victory and first team to ever defeat this season’s power house.
Short stop Reno Celis caught two line drives to shorten Natibu’s top of the first that ended zero run.
Although Natibu got back at them holding them scoreless also in two straight innings, the Flyers’ rally in the bottom of the third went un-retaliated in the fourth inning.
Ken Villagomez and Celis singled before Frank Cruz and Tony Aguon hit an RBI single and RBI double respectively, then, Ray Kaipat added a run-scoring single.
Natibu’s JR Suel cut the lead with a single in the fifth inning but Yamada’s HR launched the Flyers again and secured their victory.
Mabel Ngirngemelas had two strike outs and gave up six base hits.
