Along with Shane Yamada and Roque Camacho, Celis and Lizama took the batting plate twice as Freedom Air clobbered Jets with nine base hits and 11 runs.
Camacho flexed his muscle with a double hit in the first and finally drove-in a run in a second chance to bat.
Freedom Air’s fielders nailed Jets to a single run in the top of the first, from Ben Taisacan’s double.
Frank Cruz drove-in a run with a double in the first inning and hit a two-run double in the second.
Reno Celis hit a solo homerun in the bottom of the third inning and a run-scoring single in the fourth.
Camacho who topped last March’s pitching leaders with 4.76 ERA in 75 innings struck out two and gave up 14 hits.
Beach Boys 20, DCCA 8
BJ Sablan hit a solo homerun in the bottom of the second inning and a three-run homer in the sixth leading Beach Boys to a 20-8 victory that broke pennant champion Department of Community and Cultural Affairs’ winning streak.
JR Suel also hit a solo home run, the only run Beach Boys scored in the fourth inning as DCCA fielders stopped them early.
Joey Dela Cruz hit a grand slam for DCCA in the first inning but the Beach Boys lambasted them with seven hits four which scored runs in the second inning.
Beach Boys did not look back as they continued rampaging with six hits in the sixth inning.
DCCA and Freedom Air are set to face this weekend to advance to the championship game against the Beach Boys.
NMC 13, DCCA 11
Felisa Brel hit a run-scoring single for four-run first inning and Cherlyn Obichang and Edwina Baulechong drove-in runs with their single as they led Northern Marianas College rally against DCCA in the women’s division.
Brel who place second in last the regular season’s batting leaders had five strike outs and gave up 17 hits.
Marissa Deleon Guerrero hit a solo homerun as DCCA rallied in a losing attempt to come from behind in the final inning.
