Gold’s Gym Saipan is proud to announce the 2025 Gold’s Gym Challenge, a 12-week fitness showdown where competitors go head-to-head with their toughest opponent — themselves. Registration is now open, and the deadline to sign up is Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025.
This is no ordinary fitness journey. It’s a battle of willpower, discipline, and transformation, with more than $5,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs. Overall winners and top finishers in age and gender categories will claim cash rewards, but the real prize? The undeniable proof of what’s possible when you commit to the grind.

A call to greatness: ‘Flex Your Potential’
This year’s theme, “Flex Your Potential,” isn’t just a tagline — it’s a mission. Gold’s Gym is dedicated to helping people unlock their best selves through fitness. Year after year, the Challenge proves that participants don’t just change their bodies; they redefine their limits. It’s about more than muscle — it’s about mental toughness, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.
From the beaches of Saipan to the weight racks of Gold’s Gym, this 12-week campaign is changing lives across the Marianas. Contestants will undergo initial measurements and photos to document their Day One starting point. Fast-forward three months, and those same participants will step in front of the camera once more — only this time, they’ll be walking proof of what dedication can achieve. The most dramatic transformations will determine our champions.
Who can enter?
The Gold’s Gym Challenge is open to anyone 18 years or older residing in the CNMI. The entry fee is just $60, and participants must remain active Gold’s Gym members throughout the Challenge. The final prize pool depends on the number of participants — so the bigger the turnout, the bigger the winnings!
