The Lady Proas scattered runs for an early lead in the first inning with Mobel, Pangelinan, Pauline Camacho, Joyce Taro and Didi Tudela hitting singles.
But the Finance ladies with Bego Camacho hitting a triple, Julie Guerrero and Emma Tenorio singles, managed to close the gap in the fourth inning.
Finance’ Camacho, Lilian Aguon and Regina Andres continued earning basehits but Proa pitcher, Feliza Brel going deep in the last four innings gave out two of her three strike outs to finish the game, 9-7.
Brel, this season’s second pitching leader with 4.53 ERA added three to her six season strike outs and gave up 14 hits and walked one.
Taro had three RBIs, Pangelinan added two and Eva Salas two.
No Zone 15, Customs 11
No Zone started slow scoring only two runs against Customs five runs in the first but bounced back to take the lead in the second inning.
Jerry Ayuyu hit a double, Ned Norita and Frank Pangelinan singled in the decisive sixth inning to secure the 15-11 victory.
In an attempt to take it back, Customs scattered hits in the sixth but the runs scored by Jason Lizama, Ton Camacho, Vince Sablan and Ray Renguul came short to beat No Zone.
Jj Salas hit three RBIs, Vince Sablan, two and Henry Litulumar, two.
Freedom Air 18, PIC 7
Freedom Air pounded PIC in the first inning for an early lead and did not look back to win the game, 18-7.
Roy Celis who averaged .688 this season and Albert Lizama finished with four RBIs.
Joe Lizama and Shane Yamada, each added two RBIs.
Lizama who took the mound for this season’s pitching leader, Roque Camacho gave up nine hits, allowed seven runs and walked three.
In a losing effort, Masatoshi Otsuka hit a home run in the third inning.
