BUDWEISER Belau Amateur Softball Association League officials have called an urgent meeting for all team managers and coaches today, Friday, at 6 p.m. at the Beach Road Pavilion, with the primary objective of determining whether the current softball season will continue or be formally canceled.
The 2026 BASA season has been at a standstill for nearly two weeks following the devastating impact of Super Typhoon Sinlaku. In late April, the league executive board postponed all games across its divisions, including the Masters and Women’s, to prioritize community safety, recovery efforts, and assessments of local playing fields.
