IN a heartening display of community spirit, local businesses Red Eye Rebel, Islander Rent-A-Car, and Marianas Bingo joined forces to ensure that their basketball team, RedEye Rebel x Islander Rent-A-Car, is well-equipped in the aftermath of Super Typhoon Sinlaku, recently delivering a significant donation of essential goods and supplies to each team member on Monday.
The delivery was substantial, providing the team with both nutritional support and hydration. According to team members, the 18 bundles of essential items included eight canned goods, one box of soba, one box of Assam bottled water, and one box of coffee.
Beyond the physical supplies, the gesture served as a major morale boost as the community continues to recover from Super Typhoon Sinlaku.
The RedEye Rebel x Islander Rent-A-Car team is among the eight teams competing in the ongoing 2026 Madflex Invitational Basketball League.
