MBFNMI Chairman of the Board, Mr. Ray Lizama and its Directors are excited to announce its 2nd Season of the 35A Division Masters Basketball League which is set to kick-off on April 06th, 2011.
Therefore, all interested formed teams are asked to get ready for another exciting and another successful 2011 season. Entrance Fee has yet to be determined and MBFNMI 2011 renewal of memberships and new members’ fees is due on April 2011.
However, MBFNMI plans to incorporate 50A Division, but yet to decide; it will be determined on the number of teams who are interested. MBFNMI has a census of 350 members and the list is expanding rapidly. Any interested individual(s) are welcome to be a member.
The MBFNMI league follows unique rules such as; all Players must play in all quarters of the game. Any violators will subject to a bench technical foul.
Gilbert Ada Gymnasium, DCCA Sports and Recreation Division, Director Mr. Joe A. Lizama has approved MBFNMI Games scheduled every Monday-Wednesday-Friday; 1st game will be at 6:00pm and 2nd Game will be at 7:30pm. MBFNMI will finalize the pending agenda before kick-offs.
MBFNMI games will be held at the Ada Gym in Susupe, and proposed some games at the Garapan Basketball Court pending on weather outcome. The league is looking forward to seeing Team IT&E another record in 2011 as “Back 2 Back Champions” and another run for a perfect season while Tony Diaz’s single game record of 51pts still stands strong and awaits to be broken.
The 2011 Election MBFNMI Board of Directors/Officers, New Directors/Officers will be installed in the 2011 35A Division Opening Ceremony and will serve for one year. MBFNMI Board of Directors/Officers must be a registered member.
