The Natibu sluggers who endured only two losses in the regular season, (17-2) need to win tonight’s game to avoid a possible knock-out game against the Island Rebels, (16-1).
Natibu regained the top slot after another power house, Man Amigos, (16-3) suffered third loss during the game against the Freedom Air Flyers, (10-9) two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, the Island Rebels continued the streak and are now in the position the Natibu had to go through in able to win this year’s pennant.
After tonight’s game, if either Natibu becomes the pennant or the Island Rebels spoil it, both teams still have to face the Ramblers and Chura respectively, and softball excitements continue next week.
