Natibu, Saipal in 5-game winning streak

The Xterminators had six base hits to score seven runs in the first inning, and Natibu only had JR Suel firing an RBI single to trim down the lead a little.

Sunny Sablan drove-in a run with a double and Bob Castro tripled for a two RBI and the Xtermintors stretched the lead to eight.

Kent Kalen opened the bottom of the second with a two-run home run, Dustin Quitano rocketed a solo before Suel knocked-in a runs-coring triple.

Pete Tegeita and Dave Kapileo both launched a two-run home run helping Natibu snatch the lead.

After the Natibu fielders held the Xterminators scoreless in the third inning, Ken Kalen fired a two RBI triple to widen the gap in the bottom of the third.

JJ Cabrera singled and John Cepeda tripled as both drove-in runs helping the Xterminators to the close-in during the fourth inning.

The Natibu fielders took the task of keeping the Xterminators scoreless in three straight innings.

Carl Hocog had an RBI single, Roy Mangofna an RBI double and Natibu raced away in the fifth inning.

Ned Norita and Tegeita had an RBI single apiece and Natibu ended the Xterminators’ hope to catch up.

Saipal 12, Blazers 2

Luis Ngiraikelau hit a two-run home run in the second inning, Paython Sakuma soloed in the third and the Saipan sluggers beat the Blazers, 12-2.

Gloyd Martin drove-in Saipal’s lone run with a double in the first inning.

Leo Bobai dashed to the first base in the top of the second inning before Kuich Damian moved him to the scoring spot with a double and Hector Efraim drove them in with a single.

After Ngiraikelau’s two-run home run, Jason Hayes also drove-in run with a single.

Sakuma’s solo home run and Bobai’s single drove-in two run for Saipal in the third.

Hayes knocked-in a two-run single in the fourth and Dikito’s solo home guaranteed Saipal’s fifth win.

Freedom Air Flyers 29, Team Fuegu 7

Reno Celis led the rally in the second firing a two-run home run and the Freedom Air Flyers zoomed to their 29-7 victory over Team Fuegu.

Shane Yamada homered twice in the third inning. He drove-in two runs with a home run and the second chance to bat and blasted a three-run home run contributing most runs in the Flyers’ 12-run third inning.

Mabel Ngirngemelas and Highness Asanuma both hit a run-scoring triple in the fourth and the Freedom Air Flyers secured a 10-run mercy rule victory.

Calikano Falcons 14, Berdax 13

The Calikano Falcons stopped Berdax in the fourth inning, then, rallied in the next half of the ball game to take the lead.

Emoa Iguel had an RBI single to help the Falcons have six runs in the bottom of the fourth.

DJ Omar launched a two-run home run to defend the Falcons’ lead in the bottom of the fifth inning.

John Aguon had two RBI single in the top of the sixth and Berdax cut the lead big time.

But the Falcons were quick to take it back with Mario Salas and Victor Igitol Jr., both hitting a single before Darren Pua drove them in.

Kelvin Kapileo’s two-run homer in the seventh was too short for Berdaz to bounce back and left fielder John Tenorio Jr., threw Ben Taisacan on flyball for the third out.
