No Zone, for one, was relentless during last Friday’s game at the Capital Hill Ballfield as they clobbered Joeten Motors Jets, 15-9, handing them their third loss.
Jerry Ayuyu and Manny Sablan homered in the first inning for an early lead and did not look back to secure their eight victory this season, to tie with Commonwealth Ports Authority, one-win away to the top.
After hitting a single, Sablan scored the final run.
Jess Wabol and Ed Diaz hit two runs-scoring singles.
Buddy Igitol also had two RBIs, and Bruce Norita added one RBI.

Commonwealth Ports Authority gave Hopwood no mercy handing them their ninth straight loss in the third game.
Byron Kaipat hit two RBIs in the first inning and drove in Mark Teves to score a run with his double hit in the second inning.
Jack Deleon Guerrero and Jordan Kosam hit two RBIs.
Mike Deleon Guerrero, Frank Robert, Ken Taitingfong and Juliano Matsutaro also drove-in runs.
CPA pitcher, Ed Mendiola struck out John Pialur. He gave up 10 hits and walked six.
