The Palauan community here that supports the candidacy of Elias C. Chin and Alan Seid and have also been helping the Palauan softball team in a press statement yesterday expressed their gratitude to the candidates and the governor.
Felix Remoket who is also the team manager of Choll Aces and Nariany Sikyang the chairperson of Chin-Seid campaign committee would also like to thank Palau Finance Minister Elbuchel Sadang and Isac Bai.
During last Sunday’s game, Chin-Seid supporters, Benhart Ngirablosech and Akemi Besebes provided the team with Palauan delicacies for their lunch.
For this, the team is very thankful, Remoket said adding that all the help they receive motivates them to aim for the championship.
Choll Aces won last Sunday’s game shutting out Haga-T, 11-0 to advance to the second place for the first round of the tournament. It was Choll Aces’ fifth win of this year’s season.
Remoket and Sikyang also thank other individuals who donated money to help the team members, coach and manager with uniforms.
Members of Choll Aces are from the same village in Palau with Chin-Seid supporters.
