The match started out evenly in the first half, however, Peched – Raw Basketball squad finally got their acts together, after being down 2 games to none, was able to perform superbly in the second half. Douglas Schmidt shot for 26 points to lead the scoring rampage for team Peched while veteran players Weston Ketebangang and Sunshine Soalablai contributed 14 and 16 and the much needed leadership and championship experience. In spite of the accurate shooting of Javis Pedro of the Ngermid – Rivals who dropped in 26 points, Peched – Raw were able to contain the other remaining cagers to a much lesser production that finally gave them a victory on Game 3 and spoil the celebration for team Rivals. As a result of the win, the series continues on Friday, 15th of May, Game 4 where Peched will try to even out the series while Rivals aims to finish it with a win.
