PilCoWA will hold the Inter-color Basketball League.
Manoleta said the agenda will include caging rules that will be imposed during the tournament.
No additional players will be allowed after the game 2 of the league, he said, adding there are already seven teams that signed up for the tournament.
“We could start the games as soon as we have eight teams at hand,” he said.
Manoleta reminds the teams to submit their final roster of players before September 14.
Moreover, Manoleta mentioned the league will pursue an open tournament wherein a mixed age of cagers can play.
The play dates of the caging event, Manoleta added, could be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evening, and on Saturdays and Sundays in the afternoon.
The exact time and dates of the matches will have to be discussed by the association, he said.
It is said that the Inter-color Basketball League will kickoff on September 28.
Uniforms, entrance fees, list of team players will also be discussed in the meeting.
