TOM Yum Puff Daddy continued their rise in the Flame Tree B Division leaderboard of the 2025 SEDA Bud Light Dart League, improving their record to 113 wins after easing past Jonny’s Boozeye, 11-4, on Thursday night at Tom Yum.
Both teams were evenly matched. Gary Ezra drew first blood for Puff Daddy, throwing a 17.71 PPD to claim the first game of the opening 301 Double In/Double Out set. However, Boozeye’s Joey “Too Sexy” Pangelinan and Noki Torres took the next two games before Jeffrey Isaac secured the fourth game for a 2-2 split.
Boozeye then found their groove in the Partners Crazy Cricket set, as Pangelinan and Virginia “Gin” Cruz, along with Darwin Sablan and Torres, swept all four games to take a 4-2 lead.
Fortunately for Puff Daddy, they had enough time to find their rhythm. They responded with a 2-0 sweep in the Partners 501 set, then carried their momentum into the Singles Regular Cricket set, where they dominated with a clean 4-0 sweep to surge ahead, 8-4.
Boozeye were left reeling for the rest of the night as Puff Daddy sealed the deal, sweeping both the Partners Half-It set and the Team 1101 game for an emphatic 11-4 victory.
