The launching points of this year’s event, according to SFA will be at the Sugar Dock, Smiling Cove Marina and Fishing Base from 6 a.m., to 8 a.m. The expected number of boats that will sail for the event is more than 50.
The type of fishing that the participants will use is trolling.
And as requirement just like in the previous events, the Department of Public Safety’s Boating Safety Unit will conduct the Boat Safety Inspections, a week prior to the event. Individuals who want to have their boat inspected during the week should contact boating safety at (670) 664-9182 for appointment.
The SFA also recommends having boats inspected during week.
