RUN Saipan’s 4th edition of the Saipan International Airport Trail Run will be held this Sunday, Jan. 26, at the airport.
The event serves as the official kickoff for Run Saipan’s 2025 Road Races, and will guide runners through scenic views of the airport’s Runways 06/07 and 24/25. These runways now feature a perimeter fence line and offer a great view of aircraft landing and taking off.
The race will begin at 6 a.m. with the starting line on Continental Road, in front of United Air cargo.
The race will feature categories such as the 1.6K 12-and-under as well as an 8km trail run with the following divisions: students 18 & under, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65 & up.
The top three male and female finishers will receive medals.
The event sponsors are the Commonwealth Ports Authority, Saipan International School, the Marianas Rugby Club and Northern Marianas Athletics.
