The charter was issued on Jan. 1, 2010 at Williamsport, Pensylvania. It is issued every year to all local Little League organizations world wide.
SLLBI President Tony Rogolifoi said they got the copy of the charter last week. The charter also grants Saipan Little League all privilege needed to run the league consistent with the best interest of the Little League movement.
Stated in the back of the copy are the provisions of Charter.
Rogolifoi, and treasurer Walter Macaranas and Rose Igitol showed the charter to Variety yesterday.
