Led by manager, Derron G. Flores, the team members are scheduled to take Freedom Air flight at 4:30 p.m., all them high spirited to win and advance to the Asia-Pacific Regional Tournament on Saipan that will start June 25.
Flores said three teams—Tinian, Rota and Saipan will compete to represent CNMI in the regional meet.
He said since it is going to be the first for Rota to have its own team for the Senio League, they are still facing a blank wall about how the game is going to be.
So there’s no way they can underestimate Rota, and also Tinian, he said.
“We are going to play one game at a time,” he said adding that although he believes Saipan’s All Stars will win, they can not be too confident when the game starts.
The Saipan Senior League All Stars members are Juan Iguel, John Pangelinan, David Camacho, Ryan Lisua, Josh Jones, John Paul Lizama, Ofero Taitano, Nokki Saralu, Anthony Rogolifoi, Anthony Tenorio, Tom Agulto, John Maratita, Iaonis Rasa, Vicente Flores, Eric Tenorio and Wally Emul Jr.
The team manager is Derron G. Flores; head coach is Marvin Tydingco and assistant coach, Roy Anthony Celis Jr.
