The first games after the opening ceremony will be baseball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. There are about ten teams from different municipalities or regions in the state who will participate in the first ever Yap Games.
The event will be held mainly at the sports complex, with two water sports — swimming and canoe racing — to be held at the Marina pier. The Yap Games will conclude on Sunday, July 10 at 6 p.m. at the Sports Complex.

Golfers who have not won a monthly tournament are encouraged to join.
As the RGA reaches the second half of 2011, there are only six available slots for the annual Club Championship in December.
The championship includes some of the RGA’s most prestigious titles, including the Annual Ace of Aces Placido M. Tagabuel Club Champion, Sid K. Peter Low Net Champion, and Tony Taitano Award.
