Tournament coordinator, Joey Dela Cruz is calling all team managers and coaches to attend the meeting today at the Garapan Beach House (behind McDonalds’s) at 5:30 p.m.
Please bring the entrance fee of $150 which is due today.
The selection for the Saipan tournament will be on first-come-first basis, meaning, the first 12 teams who will pay the entrance fee will be allowed to play.
The first leg will be until June 14.
The second round of the tournament will be held on Aug. 1 and 2; the third round on Sept. 26 and 27; the consolation round on Oct. 3 and 4 and tournament of the champions or Saipan Leg, will be on Oct. 17 and 18.
The winner of Saipan Leg will represent the island in the championship game in November.
Last year’s champion was Palau which hosted the championship.

7th Annual Miller Lite Marianas Cup
THE 7th Annual Miller Lite Marianas Cup will start on June 20 at the Dandan Softball Field at 10 a.m.
The tournament will be on modified coed and the entrance fee is $200, and for female teams, $150.
$500 cash and other prizes await the winning team which will represent Saipan in the 2009 Marianas Softball Cup.
Saipan team will be competing with teams from Tinian, Rota and Guam.
The deadline for submission of fees is on June 17.
