As he prepares for his final fight contract in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Camacho has been sharing his biking/cycling adventures on social media along with his thoughts about the benefits of biking/cycling.
“I love running, but biking is a whole new level, it’s another monster of cardio and endurance.” Camacho shared in his vlog.
The UFC fighter tries to get in at least three times a week of biking.

“The reason why I love it so much is because I get a crazy endurance workout but at the same time, less pounding of my joints from running on the pavement so that I could continue to do my second and third workout of the day,” Camacho added.
Biking is also good for joint mobility, posture, coordination, muscle strength and flexibility, among other things.
