Dubbed, “Annihilation”, Trench Warz IX will compose of about 24 MMA fighters, two of which will be women competitors.
Earlier, Trench Tech released its lineup of fighters but its single female MMA competitor in the fight cards still awaits an opponent.
Justis F. “Cuki” Alvarez, president of Trench Tech, said, “After advertising the “Girl Fighter” wanted ad, several ladies have called in and one confirmed her participation!”
Alvarez mentioned they have selected Jennypy Sambile, 19, to be part of the fight event.
Sambile tipped the scale at 123 lbs.
Sambile has been scheduled on one of the undercard bouts, which is set at 7 p.m.
“She is an independent debut fighter interested in testing her fighting skills inside the octagon,” Alvarez said.
Trench Tech is now searching for Sambile’s opponent as soon as possible.
So far, there are 15 fighters only in the undercard category.
Female applicants must be at least 18 years old, and should weigh between 120 and 125 lbs.
The Trench Warz IX – “Annihilation” will be at Taga Hall of Saipan World Resort held on December 12.
