Wabol fired even par 35 in the front nine and 2-over par in the back to eke out a gross of 72.
Former Judge Manibusan also birdied in the front in coming even par 35 but settled for second place as he stumbled in the back nines firing 4-over par 40.
As Wabol shot even par, Manibusan took hole No. 2 away from St. Jude Champion Joji Taguchi on a hole by hole match playoff.
So placing third was Taguchi who birdied in the front nine. He fired 1-under par 34 in the front but came 5-over par in the back nine to score a gross of 75.
On A Flight, Frank Castro went 4-over par 40 and 7-over par 43 in the front an back nines respectively to gross the lowest 83 and won first place.
Coming next to him was Ray San Nicolas who shot 85 gross, then John L. Babauta came third with a gross of 86.
In B Flight, Ben Jones struggled in the front nine firing 9-over par 45 and went better in the back as he shot even par to score a gross of 80.
Jay Muna placed second as he went 4-over part 40 in the front and 8-over part 44 to gross 84.
Third placer was Larry Tenorio who fired 4-over par in the front and struggled in the back nine firing 10-over part 46.
In C Flight, Ted Malaran came first with a gross of 83, followed by Freddy Salavaria with a gross of 87, then Adony Matutino who grossed 91.
In Ladies Flight, Lorraine Babauta eked out a net of 74 from a gross or 87. She went 8-over par 44 in the front and went better in the back firing 7-over part 43.
Coming next to her was Shirley Jones who netted 75 from 88 gross, then Terry Tudela who netted 77.
