Besides the coveted award certificates, winners of the Bing Energy Drinks Prince/Princess of the Lanes Tournament brought home cash and cans of soft drinks from Jet Holdings and Waioka Sardines.
Marion McKenzie placed second with 628 points and Zack Cruz, settled for third with 550 points.
Zapanta went sharp during Game 1 scoring 213 points for anearly lead. He struggled against McKenzie in the second and third games but bounced back in Game 4 with 172 points to tally a total of 654 points, against McKenzie’s 628.
Zapanta topped the same tournament last August for his fourth crown in the tournament’s youth division.
In Men’s and Women’s division, Jon Eparwa and Yho Villavicencio were Budweiser King and Queen of the Lanes.
Eparwa also rolled powerful in Game 1 struggled against Kitz Barja in the proceeding games but tallied a total of 786 points.
Villavicencio did not lead in Game 1 but went raging in the three succeeding games to eke out a total of 697 points.
