(Press Release) — The spirit of the Northern Marianas Pacific Mini Games 2022 is stronger than ever in the CNMI. As we get closer to the start of the NMPMG2022, another local business has stepped up and contributed to the event.
The NMPMG Organizing Committee would like to recognize NMI company LSG Sky Chefs which donated $50,000 to ensure the success of the games.
“We are grateful for LSG’s generous donation. Much like our other NMPMG2022 business partners, LSG sees what the games are bringing to the NMI and is in full support,” said NMPMGOC Chairman Marco Peter.
LSG’s donation will allow for the NMPMGOC to further support the operations of the games, accommodations for athletes, and provide food for them.
According to NMPMGOC CEO Ben Babauta, “LSG has been a business partner in the NMI for decades. We are grateful for their donation.”
He added, “We want to thank LSG for their support of the NMPMG2022 and generous contribution. We recognize that LSG has been added to a large list of business contributors who want a successful games.”
“The community is coming together,” the organizing committee said. “It is with great pride to see the hard work, donations and support flood in. The NMI is ready and our people are ready for the games to begin.”
For the first time, the CNMI is hosting the Pacific Mini Games which will be held on June 17-25, 2022.
