Mommy Charu drew first blood in the very first inning, but the Man Amigos stepped up their defense with two quick outs before Kalle stepped up to the plate to blast one for a single-run homerun.
That was Mommy Charu’s only time to shine as the team was silenced in the next two innings. But Mommy Charu’s defense also prevented the Man Amigos from breaking through.
It was not until the top of the 4th inning when the action started to pick up.
Mommy Charu scored two runs courtesy of Kuich who earned two RBIs. The Man Amigos then let it rip in the bottom of the 4th with Pete Sablan sparking the rally with a two-run homer. Bill followed up with an RBI double while Jess T., Manny L. and Jess chipped in RBI singles of their own as their team took over, 9-3.
