Team-mate Buruang Brasuell scored a goal five minutes later and Tenorio sank her third at the 42nd minute mark to complete the hat-trick and widen MFC’s lead, 6-1.

Faced with an inevitable defeat, SUFC still gave it their all and managed to squeeze in one goal that was delivered by Roligat in the 44th minute before bowing out, 2-6.

The second match of the day was won by the Paire Football Club which edged the Kanoa Football Club, 1-0.
