AMONG the major sponsors of the Rotary Club of Saipan’s Goodwill Golf Tournament set for Nov. 13 at Coral Ocean Golf Resort is Triple J Motors which has donated a 2021 Hyundai Palisade as hole-in-one prize for hole #3.
“We just wanted to do something on the higher end,” Triple J Motors General Manager Sean Ficke said. “We want to give players the opportunity to win a nice car.”
He said Triple J “has always been a part of the Rotary for many years, so we know that the money the club raises goes to special projects that benefit the community, and that’s important to Triple J.”
Ficke said the Rotary Club of Saipan’s many cleanup/improvement projects include the Kagman Community Park, the Garapan skatepark, beach pavilions and bus stops.
“These are things that are needed to be done, and it’s great to see Rotarians doing things for the community,” he added.
