YUKO Togawa topped the June tournament of the CNMI Women’s Golf Association on Saturday at LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort.
Togawa performed steadily throughout the day. On the front nine, she shot a gross of 38 and transitioned to the back nine with ease for another gross of 38 which gave her a total gross score of 76. With an 8 handicap, her net score was 68, good enough for first place.
Finishing second was Lou Kim who had a rough start, ending the front nine with a gross of 48 but slightly improving on the back nine with a gross of 42 for a total gross score of 92. Supported by a generous handicap of 23, her net score was 69.
In third place was SaeHee Kim who shot a gross of 43 on the front nine and 42 on the back for a gross total of 85. Aided by a handicap of 15, her net score was 70.
