(Press Release) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce is excited to kick-off its first training of 2020 with a customer service seminar, facilitated by our island’s master in sales, Jim Arenovski of Island Training Solutions. With today’s economic landscape, there is no better time than now to ensure your staff is equipped with the customer service skills needed to retain and expand your customer base.

This customer service training will provide hard-proven techniques that will increase customer retention, create positive interactions, boost morale with customers and in turn- gain loyal customers for years to come! From front-line employees to accountants, this training is for everyone. It is essential that your team is ready and willing to serve with excellence.

During this seminar, participants will learn how to model appropriate gestures to provide a remarkable experience to retain and grow client relationships, ensure the competitive advantage of repeat business, and elevate the level of your company’s customer service by discovering simple strategies and techniques that can be implemented immediately. Motivate your staff to impress every customer that walks in your door and to provide them with the ultimate experience.

Participants will enjoy a half-day instructional presentation, inclusive of training materials and refreshments. This training seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, in Suite 604, sixth floor of the Marianas Business Plaza in Susupe. Deadline to register for the training is Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

Training is $50 for chamber members and $60 for non-members.
