HE yelled, “We will follow the Rules,” that were written by his attorney for his acquittal when our Democracy & Justice System requires “Everyone to follow the Laws,” no exceptions Governor! It is truly amazing how this Governor can get a crowd and elected officials to support him after all the evidence that has been shown that I believe proves he is a criminal. If he was one of us “regular folks” he would indeed be figuratively crucified. But I’m sure most voters who attend Mass know the story of how “Barabbas was chosen over Christ” in a Trial that allowed the People choose who they wanted freed. Well, the People or should I say the Voters of the CNMI are faced with the very same situation and decision in the pending election as OUR Democracy & Justice System have literally been erratically but hopefully temporarily Deposed by this Governor and Crew. If people could choose Barabbas over Christ, then it’s not a surprise to see voters dead set on Torres or Arnold over Tina, which is WHY I keep writing in hopes of finally helping them to recalibrate their moral compass before it’s too late. But the funny but sad part for me is there are figuratively TWO Barabbases running against the one Democracy & Justice Candidate. I know many have already written off the Governor but his Lt. Governor, Arnold, is no better and can’t be trusted either, as he proved we can’t trust him to Protect & Serve our Laws & Constitution by being “blind-eyed & silent.”
Barabbas was a Well-Known criminal and yet he was chosen over the very person who came to HELP and even SAVE People from themselves — so don’t be surprised at people supporting this Governor or Arnold, as it happened with Barabbas. The question is “which side of History do YOU want to be on, as I’m sure the people who chose Barabbas are now FROWNED-Upon by ALL! What makes people do these kinds of kaduku things is still a mystery because it is an “Internal & SELFISH Decision” and not an objective one based on the facts and the expectations of our Democracy & Justice System — just winning at any cost. Now that two Republicans have “recused themselves” there can be no conviction so why even have a Trial — they Poli-tricked us AGAIN!
But winning at ANY COST is why WE teach our children that “winning is NOT everything,” especially if you have to cheat to win! Just look at how the Governor’s Lawyer helped write the Rules and nothing is being done, the Governor’s Lawyer even allegedly LYING about known facts, the Senate is acting like a Russian Kangaroo Court with no evidence or prosecutor. Vinnie votes for the Rules but him & Justo recuse themselves for the Trial making sure there is not even enough votes to convict. I Told Voters we would be Poli-tricked. But hopefully the AG and the JGO will prevail in our real Court of Law and the Feds are even “waiting in line.”
WE the People have a lot of people who don’t respect the Rule of Law, the Process for a Trial and the need to be FAIR, as they are still supporting the Governor and his criminal activities. Well, the words “fair, honest & honorable” are not in the Republican Vocabulary on the mainland nor in the CNMI. In fact, our Republican Party has started taking “power-plays straight from the Play Book of Republicans on the mainland” for those who didn’t notice or make the comparison. It is because of these Barabbas Voters that the rest of us need to get out and tell a friend to tell another friend to not end up being a Barabbas Voter for the Governor nor his Lt., as they both have one-foot in a Federal Jail Cell — RICO is Coming voters and there is no option to free Barabbas.
I know a lot of voters said WOW to the front page of the Newspaper that first showed the Governor saying “we will follow the rules” (his lawyer wrote) and there was also the Governor’s sign saying “Impeach for What” — my reply and the reply of many is “SOME NERVE — Impeach for Crimes against the People.” I bet all the millions in OUR Community Chess that he gave IPI, that he won’t say “WE WILL FOLLOW the LAWS” — for True! How can anyone with a “rational mind” say the JGO and their evidence is illegal, the AG is wrong and the Feds are wrong too? It’s really like I keep saying, the Governor and the Senate President think WE the People are stupid, which is why both of them are so emboldened and defiant like a Barabbas. It really seems like Jude Hofschneider really doesn’t believe he can lose which is the real problem — he figuratively believes there are many Barabbas Voters on Tinian who want “Evil over Good,” which is the main reason Tinian will NEVER find real progress nor any prosperity under Hofschneider, Cruz and King-Nabors who clearly are for a Barabbas (their Godfather).
It’s not like the Governor got caught doing something illegal to HELP the People, like Christ as this mess is ALL about HIS Personal Intentions, like WE the People learned with the Retirees’ Bonus that was being used to get him MORE Power over the remaining 300-million in Stimulus Funds. Retirees, the Poor and even middle & upper-class people need MORE HELP in Stimulus Relief Funding, as everything is costing more. The Governor even “played-with-our-minds” saying he would with the secretary of Finance get us more Stimulus Funding when the gas prices started rising. But TAYA to date as this Governor is only concerned with Poli-tricking to prevent his Impeachment and getting a crowd up to the Legislature & Court for HIS personal intentions. I beg to ask voters WHAT is going to change for the Better if Torres or Arnold are elected Governor — don’t stress yourself because there is NOTHING in their agendas to get NMDs their money, to help Retirees and stabilize the Fund, to help the Poor nor any Economic Reforms to bring in new sources of funding, which I have been writing about EVER-SINCE! I knew they needed me but I’m not a Republican Loyalist, as one good example of failing to create new revenues is “420 — an International Holiday” has come-an-gone for 3 years and still NO promotions or educational events for Locals, not to mention the need to promote our Cannabis Tourism Industry in other countries and we need MORE events & attractions.
But the funny thing about the Governor’s lawyer statement is he seems to think that just because the Governor won the Precincts in the last election that it means he is automatically right & innocent. But he needs to know that “the Legal Review by the Feds, the Legal Review by JGO and now the Legal Review by the AG have ALL proven that the Governor can be accused of being a criminal and even the Godfather of a Criminal Organization,” which is why he is facing charges on three different levels that will surely include many of his Crew starting with Arnold and Angel Demapan, for sure, will be at the top of the list. So, be wise and vote for Democracy & Justice as a vote for the Governor or Arnold is really like asking for Barabbas to be free. If you don’t know the story about Barabbas you really should find out as it is one of the basic teaching lessons on “be-careful what you ask for, as you just might get it” as Barabbas continued to “rob, steal and kill” after being freed. Neither the Governor nor Arnold deserves to be rewarded, as they will only do “the SAME OLD THINGS,” especially when WE need NEW & BETER that can be achieved with the legitimate Democracy & Justice Candidate — Tina Sablan!
