I’M very saddened with the current crisis in my work here on Saipan. The situation is aggravated by the way my co-OFWs are treating me. The intrigues being hurled at me are endless yet unfounded and full of malice. And all of it seem bent to destroy me. I can see that some people want to discredit me in every way they can.
I am but an ordinary OFW who wants to make good use of my talent for the benefit of others. I can’t prevent problems connected with my job. But what I am sure is that I’m voluntarily and patiently working my way to solve these problems. I want to make an honest appeal to my “kababayan” to please stop cooperating with some people who want to see me fall on the ground. I need your moral support, and this you can do by not trying to think bad of me.
I pray that this kind of injustice emanating from rumors will be eliminated in our midst, for the unity of our cause.EVELYN BRUCE
