ON Nov. 7, 2019, a search warrant was executed. The Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted a search of Gov. Ralph Torres' office, his vehicles, his home, his farm and his brothers' law firm for probable cause of public corruption.

The FBI is not done, the investigation is still ongoing.

When the late Gov. Eloy Inos passed away and Ralph Torres as lieutenant governor was sworn in as governor that's when it all began.

Corruption in public office cannot and shouldn't be ignored.

We shall not turn a blind eye and let this corruption continue.

As your former representative of Precinct 5 in the 17th Legislature, your former director of the Veterans Affairs and Office of the Aging, I humbly ask you to vote on your conscience for the betterment of our children's future and for the CNMI.

Respectfully yours,

JOSEPH MAFNAS PALACIOS
