The director of the Pacific subregional office and representative of the United Nations Population Fund, Dirk Jena, was supposed to visit Yap.
However, due to medical reasons, Jena won’t be able to visit Yap. In his place will be Okean Ehmes, country development manager of the U.N. Joint Presence Office in the FSM.
Anefal has begun making arrangements for proposed meetings with various government officials during Ehmes consultation visit on Dec. 13-15.
Department of Youth and Civic Affairs Director Larry Raigetal has been designated to make the arrangements to facilitate a productive visit for Ehmes.
