HANI Min is Hyatt Regency Saipan’s new Food & Beverage Director. Her arrival on Saipan in mid-October this year coincided with the festivities of Halloween and immediately after, Thanksgiving. But Min is up to it. She is made for work and hotel events like these.

Coming from the huge brand, Grand Hyatt Seoul, Min’s management skills were sharpened when she started as a Food & Beverage marketing manager in 2016 and just 3 years into her post, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in charge of 12 outlets, banquet and the iconic nightclub JJ Mahoney’s.

According to Min, under her leadership, the community can expect more fun activities, memorable celebrations, and festive banquets in the next years to come.

“For the next years, it is Hyatt’s goal to make sure that we have memorable festivities for the both the guests and community to enjoy,” she said.

She added the she and her team are already planning out events and gatherings that everyone can enjoy after a tiring day or week. As a career woman, she can relate to the importance of having a time for oneself and close circle of friends.

“We also need time to refresh and get away from the stresses of work and here in Hyatt we will create an avenue for community members to relax and enjoy,” she said.

Other events currently lined up include the Christmas dinner and a New Year’s Banquet.
