One positive Covid-19 case at MHS

ACTING Education Commissioner Eric Magofna in a memorandum on Friday said as a result of contact tracing,  “a positive  case  for  Covid-19 has  been  identified  at Marianas  High  School.”  He said the Public School System is “working  closely  with  the  Covid-19 Task Force  to continue the established  measures  for contact tracing as well as enact  safety  protocols for schools.”

He said “there  will be no face-to-face classes…until all contact tracing has been completed,  the school has been deep cleaned and sanitized, and an all clear is issued. While the school will remain closed, instruction  continues online through  Blackboard.  School staff should work  from home until further notice. Meals will be made available to students  through Grab and Go at the school parking lot. More information  will be made available soon.”
