On Oct. 6 & 8, 2021, the NMIFA-PSS Interscholastic Soccer League Championships were held at the NMI Soccer Training Center. The SSHS’ Mighty Manta Ray Battalion Color Guard arrived at around 5 p.m. to present the colors before the championship games began. The SSHS JROTC Color Guard marched on the field, where they immediately presented the colors at the beginning of the U.S. and CNMI anthems, and then marched back out. After the presentation of the colors, the team marched out and the interscholastic soccer league championships began.
